1 cup Speerville Flour Mill whole wheat or spelt flour
½ cup Speerville Flour Mill buckwheat flour or rye flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ – 2 cups milk of desired consistency
Stir together until lumps disappear and cook on hot greased griddle. For extra nutrition, add 2 tbsp of soy flour and adjust liquid if necessary.
