Heritage Red Fife Bread using Bread Machine

2 tbsp oil
½ cups water
3 tbsp Kefir, Whey or Yogurt (mix w/water)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
5½ cups Speerville Flour Mill Red Fife Whole Wheat Flour
½ cup Raisins
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
2 tsp Yeast
2 tsp Salt

Add ingredients in order presented. This wheat does not require as much yeast as normal wheat. The normal amount of yeast will cause it to rise too much and then fall. Bake on Whole Grain setting.
